Subscribe and save up to 25%
- Subscriptions are available on most My Relief products.
- Choose your delivery frequency (1 month, 2 months, or every 3 months).
- Click the "Sign Up Now" button on the product page.
- Checkout and save up to 25% on your products.
- Your products will automatically arrive at the frequency you chose.
- Cancel anytime through your My Account after the second shipment.
Our customers rely on our products to provide ongoing relief and we want to help alleviate some of their financial stress ensuring continued access to our product line. Everyone should have the opportunity to be the best version of themselves daily and for those who need it most; we want to continue to provide an affordable path to do so.
Your subscription renews and is shipped monthly on the anniversary date of your first order. For example, if on January 25th you signup for a subscription that ships every two months, your next shipment will be processed and sent on March 25th.
If after the second shipment you want to cancel you can feel free to do so through your My Account portal. Just follow this simple process:
1. Login into your account
2. Click on Subscriptions
3. Click View on the subscription you’d like to cancel
4. Click Cancel
The process above is the same to suspend your subscription as you can reactivate it at any time.
We give discounts of up to 25% to our customers who signup for subscriptions as long as a second order is processed before cancelling. This ensures the integrity of the program is kept intact. If we allowed cancellation at anytime someone could signup and cancel subscriptions immediately to take advantage of the discount during one off purchases. A customer is free to cancel after just one shipment of your products you will be retroactively charged for the original non-discounted price if you do so. After the second shipment you are free to cancel without penalty.
You can reactivate your subscription at anytime:
1. Login into your account
2. Click on Subscriptions
3. Click View on the subscription you’d like to reactivate
4. Click Reactivate
Make note of the date that is listed for your next order shipment after reactivation.
To update your credit card:
1. Login into your account
2. Click on Subscriptions
3. Click View on the subscription you’d like to update
4. Click change payment
5. If you would like to update your payment method for all of your subscriptions check the box that reads ” Update the payment method used for all of my current subscriptions”
6. Click change payment method to save
If your subscription total is above $75.00 then shipping is free! If it’s not normal shipping rates apply.
To update your shipping address:
1. Login into your account
2. Click on Subscriptions
3. Click View on the subscription you’d like to update
4. Click change address
5. Update your shipping address information and click save address
Absolutely! You will earn ongoing spend rewards with your subscriptions every time they are processed.

While Sezzle is a great option for one time purchases; with recurring subscriptions you must have a major credit card on file.
Cannot be combined with any other promotions or bulk discounted buys (BOGO, etc.) Must take a minimum of two shipments (first order and one recurring). With that said we are easy to work with and we are always going to do our best to treat our customers right.
