Return Policy

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason you may request a refund within 30 days of product purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping.  Please email customerservice@myreliefhealth.com with “Return” in the subject line and include order number, reason for return, and tracking number if applicable in the body of the email.  Refunds will be processed once unused portion is received. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Damaged Items

Any claim for damaged items in transit must be made within 24 hours of product receipt.  Please email customerservice@myreliefhealth.com immediately.  Proof of damage via photo or statement may be required.
